‍Wellence was founded with a clear and profound vision: to redefine manager effectiveness and create workplaces where employees are empowered to reach their full potential. ‍Dib experienced firsthand the challenges of burnout, while Gaurav witnessed colleagues struggle with workplace dynamics that affected their mental and physical health. These experiences underscored a deeper issue: the role managers play in shaping workplace culture and employee wellbeing. We embarked on a journey to understand the science behind effective management . We read hundreds of books, attended industry events, listened to thought leaders, and examined scientific studies and webinars on leadership, management strategies, and employee engagement.

‍Our mission began with a simple goal: to help ourselves and those close to us navigate workplace challenges. However, in 2023, we recognised the broader need to enhance manager effectiveness to drive employee engagement and growth in workplaces. We launched Wellence with the belief that impactful management should not only focus on performance but also on nurturing teams and individuals. While we envision a world where these practices are inherent, we are committed to equipping managers today with the tools they need to lead with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
